This modern four-bedroom villa enjoys a beautiful beachfront location within the Mount Hartman Bay Estate. All four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, with two also featuring outdoor showers, and their own private entrance. One of the ground floor bedrooms has access to its own private garden, while the other ground floor bedroom has direct access to the property’s private swimming pool, just open the doors and jump straight in. The home has a tastefully furnished living area with a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas, a small kitchen and outdoor tiki kitchen, and each bedroom contains a king-size bed and king-size pull-out sofa bed, with enough space for additional beds to be placed for extra guests (charged at $100 per adult and $50 per child) up to a maximum capacity of twelve. Residents of this villa will have access to the incredible amenities on offer at the estate, including a private beach with a large fire pit, and an outdoor movie screen for enjoying a film in the evening.
