Pina Colada
Caribbean Sips & CocktailsIngredients:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, crushed ice, and sugar (if using).
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
