Mai Tai

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz orange curaçao
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint leaves and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine light rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, lime juice, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup.
  2. Shake well with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and a lime wheel.
