Sea Moss Drink

- 1/4 cup sea moss gel (see instructions below to make the gel)
- 1 cup coconut water or plain water
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon (optional)
- A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Fresh fruit slices or berries for garnish (optional)
- Ice for serving

Prepare the Sea Moss Gel:
- Soak the Sea Moss:
- Rinse 1 cup of dried sea moss thoroughly to remove any debris.
- Soak it in a bowl of water for 12-24 hours. This will expand the sea moss and make it more pliable.
- Blend the Sea Moss:
- Drain and rinse the soaked sea moss.
- Blend it with 2-3 cups of water until smooth and creamy.
- Store the sea moss gel in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
