    • Soak the Sea Moss:
      • Rinse 1 cup of dried sea moss thoroughly to remove any debris.
      • Soak it in a bowl of water for 12-24 hours. This will expand the sea moss and make it more pliable.

      • Blend it with 2-3 cups of water until smooth and creamy.
      • Store the sea moss gel in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  2. Make the Sea Moss Drink:

    • In a blender, combine the sea moss gel and coconut water or plain water. Blend until smooth and well combined.
    • Add honey or maple syrup to taste. You can adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
    • Add vanilla extract and lime or lemon juice, if desired.
    • Blend again until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Serve:

    • Pour the sea moss drink over ice in glasses.
    • Garnish with fresh fruit slices or berries, if desired.
    • Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
  4. Enjoy:

    • Serve chilled and enjoy your nutritious sea moss drink!

Optional Variations:

  • Berry Sea Moss Drink: Blend in a handful of fresh or frozen berries for a fruity twist.
  • Tropical Sea Moss Drink: Use pineapple juice or coconut milk instead of coconut water for a tropical flavor.
